Dylan Blanco is the President & CEO for Tesseract Universal Federal (TUF) Solutions. He is a graduate of West Virginia University (WVU) where he served in a number of key leadership positions throughout the student community and graduated with honors. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science Industrial Relations and Human Resources (MSIRHR) at WVU.
Dylan’s professional background includes working in high profile positions with Live Nation Entertainment in special events management and VIP security. He has supported a number of federal government contractors in program management, marketing and client relations. This experience and his entrepreneurial ambition inspired him to become the founder of TUF.
